My goal or target for the season 8 engagement challenge

Greetings to everyone in this community. I hope you are all doing great in this season. I am doing great by the grace of God. I am always happy to take part in every contest and am pleased to be discussing about my goals and target in the season 8 Engagement Challenge.

What are your goals or target for season 8 of the steemit engagement challenge?
How do you intend to achieve this goal or target?

We are always advised to set goals and targets mostly smart goals. We are also encouraged by this contest to set achievable and realistic goals for ourselves this season and I give my appreciation to @simonngwigwe for this encouragement through this contest. This is to help us stay focus and grow to our desirable height. My goals or targets for season 8 of the steemit engagement challenge:

• Take parts in weekly contests.
• Make a post in at least one community everyday.
• Read, comment and vote on other people's posts.

Take parts in Weekly Contest
I will take part in weekly contests by going through my subscribed and the selected communities to look out for available contests to participate in writing and contributing to the community. All communities in steemit have contests that they invite people to take part.

Make a post in at least one community everyday
To participate in contests one needs to post quality content in a community so I will ensure to include in my daily routine to make a post everyday in at least one community.

Read, votes and comments on other people's posts
I will ensure that on daily basis I read, comments and votes on other people's posts as that is the best way to stay engaged in the community.

If you have the opportunity to make some changes in the steemit engagement challenge for season 8, what will you change?

If I have the opportunity to make some changes in the steemit engagement challenge for season 8, I will score newcomers who participate in contests differently from old members as a way of encouraging them to participate more and stay active. And will also create contests for only new comers like @ngoenyi used to do to encourage them to develop quality posts and also grow in the steemit platform.

What message do you have for all the selected communities for this season's engagement challenge?

My message to all the selected communities is that in their contests they should have the newcomers in mind by organising specific contests for them in their communities to encourage their participation. I will also congratulate them and to keep engaging for its community members.

Conclusion
In conclusion it is ideal to set achievable and realistic goals and on this note I will invite my friends @gwillchrist @bela90 and @videl to join me in this contest to set goals to help them stay on track this season to move to their desirable destination.
