How do you explain CS to a lay man understanding?
CS, which is also known to be called operation in a lay Man understanding is the act of cutting through a woman abdomen (stomach) to remove a baby.
CS is carried out when the woman finds it difficult to deliver her baby through vaginal passage.
Therefore, the woman will now be sent to the theatre and be operated by a doctor.
Do you think CS should be a choice /right or as situation demands?
To me I think CS should be a choice, as well as when situation demands!!
CS could be a choice of the woman with the pregnancy when she decides not to undergo the trauma of delivery the baby by herself. Some women do make choice to be operated to remove their baby safe and without stress.
CS can also be as situation demands, this situations includes:
when the pregnant woman have a small pelvic passage for her unborn baby.
When the baby in the belly have a complicated positions and is difficult for normal delivery.
When the baby undergo distress or even the mother during the process of normal delivery, and the child still hasn't been delivered, CS is necessary.
situation like preventing the baby from any transmitted disease from the mother.
All these and other situations usually demands for CS.

Yes!!
There was a woman now called Mama Esther in my community/country, who had operation (CS) done on her as a result of she finding it difficult to deliver by herself after several attempts.
They were left with no option than to rush her to the theatre for a surgical operation in order to save her life and that of her unborn child. And to the glory of God the surgical operation was successful, she and the baby were save and healthy.
The baby was named Godwin Esther Owulama, and both she and the mother now are doing perfectly okay!
What is your advice to that person who is refusing this process because of what people will say?
My advice to persons who are refusing this process is that, they should know that the goal for living is to continue to live and let it not be that because of our negligence and carelessness we end up losing our lives and that of the baby.
When situation demands for CS and you refused the process, you are endangering your life and that of the child, cause it can result to death of both the mother and the unborn baby.
Therefore, not minding what people might say: but we must understand that health is better than wealth. And the health of one is the health of all.
Will you support your sister,wife to Choose CS in case of any emergency during childbirth? Or you allow her to wait untill the due time.
I will support my sister to go for CS on account of any complications or emergency during childbirth.
And also when the expected time for delivery passed, there won't be any point to wait further, so in this case I will support her to choose CS.
Cause the more you delay or keep waiting, it might likely result to more complications or your life and the unborn baby's own will be endangered.
In this case, I will give my full support for CS to be carried on her.

Hes my friend for everyone to understand very well CS is a situation when an operation is carried out if a women finds it difficult to give birth to a child.
Sometimes CS is very mandatory to be carried out because when the doctor see you he will believe that you won't be able to gibe birth to that child alone, just like ny aunt who gave birth throu CS and the child was very big and it is believed that she would've been able to give birth to that chokd of not for through CS

You said it all well, the purpose of living bos to keep living. CS is not bad and it does not necessarily have to be for an emergency. Some women really want to go true CS because the pain of labor vis no bodies mate. And also because they can afford the recovery process.

Hi friend @owulama, your entry is nice, it is good to help people see that cesarean section is not a crime, but it is an avenue to protect the baby's life and that of the mother, but I wonder why most women are so ignorance that they allow what people say to cause them loose their lives. I wish you good luck with the challenge.

This just summed up all the advice. We have to live and not die out of our carelessness. Because once you die, another woman will come n marry that man.
