Hello, wonderful people of the community, I come again with my dairy, I hope you all are doing great, as for me I am, that why I want to pen down my dairy, sit back, relax and have some popcorn while walking with me as I tell you my activities of the day.

It was a Saturday morning, the previous night was so tideous for me that I had to reply so many notifications after dropping my entry to the engagement contest, as I was replying to comments, simultaneously I was also engaging in other contests across other communities. So by doing that it is expected of me to sleep late, as early as 6 am I was awake I had a mission for this week's engagement contest, I navigated to my blog and replied to a few notifications, then left to the bathroom after saying my morning prayers.

Knowing fully well what await me this morning made me wake up early, I knew I had activities to engage in and they all need to be done completely (especially my entry to the contest)and not partially.

_{At the office in the morning}

At 8 am I was set and done with the house chores, I left for the office and took the priority to keep everywhere as clean as it should be,

_{At the canteen in the morning}

I don't joke with breakfast, even if it is just a tiny meals, I like to take before venturing in any kind of activity or no activity, as I left the office I went to a nearby canteen and ordered, I was served, I ate and left immediately after after paying, it cost me #400(3.01steem).

it was almost past 9 am, I was time conscious, I needed to be at the workplace before the sunset fully, as I got back to the office I got my tool and navigated to the siteby bike with an agreement of 150(1.1steem) on transport.

_{At the land owner family house}

On getting there it was an old house the kind of house you see in the village, a mold house, we had to meet with the landowner before we start working on their land, to acquire this job we need to agree before we begin to work, as we discuss further on my fee, they couldn't afford, as such they had to pay me by land.

we argued, and the agreement wasn't favorable on my side, I couldn't agree, I refused to are with them, I said to them, on a normal basis, if you can't pay a surveyor with money, you pay him by giving him a plot of land on every acre of land he surveys, that is the custom ways of working as a surveyor here in Ogun state but this family refused to concur to my demand and I also couldn't agree to theirs as such I had no business with them again so I left disappointed.

On my way back, I saw a pen in the same village, they rear pigs, and also cattles, I took a look and talked with the owner, I was surprised to hear that a mother pig cost as much as 30,000(225.5steem @ #133 per steem), while a male pig cost more, the prices of the cattle are less and I realize they weren't as expensive as the pigs, In some pens, the pigs has many children which I couldn't count, the place was messy as shit, I couldn't withstand the smell anymore and bid the owner farewell.

Getting to the office, it was already at noon, past 3 am to be precise, the weather was changing and surprisingly it started drizzling and it rained a little, I sat down immediately, brought out my phone, and started blogging, I deem it fit to write another entry to the ongoing contest, as I was writing I remember I forget my power bank at home and my phone battery will not be sufficient to last another 10 minutes, I quickly mount a bike home and my surprise, I found some workers working in our yard.

As you can see they are molding blocks, see how young they are, to do such work they must have an experience of a year or a year and a half, how old could they be? 9-10years, they are already working to survive, these are happening as result of the bad economy in Nigeria, well this is not a talk for today,

I approach them, already guessed who gave them the job, it must be my landlord because no one can start molding blocks in our compound, no one, not even we(house renters) or our neighbors, I then asked them how many bags they had done, they were on the second bag out of 5 bags to mold at past three, I asked if they would finish it today and they said they would. I have my work to do too.

I went straight to my apartment and got my power bank, went back to the office, as I was charging I was also writing my publication, during the working hours, I got a call from one of the member of the family, to my surprise they already concurred to my demands, looks like they had another meeting as I left, we concluded and gave them a date to come work on their land, which will be on Monday

As I dropped the call, the joy in me increase I became more motivated toward the entry to the contest, it took me hours of nonstop research and writing to complete the publication, and as such, I was able to submit it past 10 pm at home as I couldn't finish at the office.

To my surprise, after I had submitted I realize I had not eaten and I was hungry, I had to take a cassava flake because the hunger can't even hold to prepare noodles 🤣, as I was drinking my cassava flake, I was still online commenting and engaging in various publications across several communities

In conclusion, at first, I was sad as I couldn't seal the job, but in the end, it was fruitful, and am thankful to God, aside from that it was a good day as I blogged throughout the day, and It was a day I felt tragicomedy, am glad it was a fruitful day, I have shared my dairy with you today, I hope you enjoyed my activities, I doubt if you still had a popcorn left, thanks for reading through, I hope to read yours too as you post them
