Technology has become a major part of our lives. Technology has made life easier. It has touched every aspect of our daily lives. It is, in fact, indispensable. Sometimes I wonder what life would be like without technology and it is not a pleasant thought. Technology is the present and the future. The aspects of our technology have impacted include but not limited to transportation, finance, education, agriculture, communication, entertainment. One industry technology has also impacted is healthcare. However, I believe it has not been incorporated enough into health care globally.
When it comes to health care delivery and technology, the possibilities are endless. It is crucial for health care delivery in every part of the world to be top notch. Every individual is susceptible to falling ill and may seek medical attention at some point. The COVID-19 pandemic was a catalyst to the introduction of telehealth, which made it possible for people to gain access to health professionals without having to go to the hospital. I believe this can be improved on. With technology, we can make health care accessible to anyone in the world, regardless if the person lives in a very rural area. No one should be disadvantaged from receiving quality healthcare because of where they live.
Prescribed medications and test kits can be delivered almost anywhere with the help of technology. In addition, with technology, people won't have to wait in line to receive affordable health care. Health care providers can become more accessible to people. Also, via internet technology, people can have access health professionals in different specialties.
Technology also makes it possible for people's medical records to be available digitally in order to ensure proper and personalized health care delivery, no matter which hospital they go to. I further believe that with technology, even the poor can get quality healthcare. Funding doesn't have to be a reason why someone won't have the best in health care delivery.
On another note, we have seen how different technological equipment has improved the quality of health care over the years. Better surgical equipment has been developed to make surgery more efficient, improved scanning and diagnostic equipment has been developed, and life-sustaining devices have also been made.

Incorporating tech into health shows so much promise. The transformation it could make to health care is untold. The benefits of such a combination are definitely massive for people.
