Most of us must have been to one fest or another. Fests are usually fun and the idea of a steem fest is very exciting.

What do you understand by a fest and how is it celebrated?

A fest can be defined as a gathering of people for a particular purpose. People who gather at a fest usually partake in one form of activity or another.

For a fest to be celebrated, there has to be a venue. The venue should be such that it can contain the expected number of people.
Food and drinks could be shared at the fest. There could also be performances to spice things up. Musical performances are usually the norm.

Fests are opportunities for people to showcase their talents and abilities to a wide audience. People even get to showcase their culture. It's also an opportunity for people to connect and make new friends.

Where do you think will be perfect to celebrate a steem fest for 2023 and why?

I think Nigeria will be a perfect place to organize a steem fest in 2023.

There are a lot of Nigerians on steemit. Organizing a steem fest in Nigeria would be an opportunity for stemians in Nigeria as well as stemians from other countries to connect in Nigeria. It's also a chance for people to see and witness the rich cultural heritage of Nigeria.

Furthermore, the Nigerian music industry is one of the best in the world. The steem fest will give stemians the chance to listen to amazing Nigerian music. There could even be live performances by celebrities.

A steem fest in Nigeria will encourage more people to join steemit and further enlarge the steemit community in Nigeria.

How many people from different countries should be allowed to attend the fest?

I think anyone from a different country could attend the fest. It is their opportunity to see the beautiful things in Nigeria. They could get to taste delicious Nigerian food and see the magnificent Nigerian terrain. So, I do not think it would be okay to put a limit to the number of people from a different country who can come.

Should the fest be sponsored by the steemit team or by an individual, please justify your answer

I think the steemit team should sponsor it. It would make the fest look more like an official steem fest. Furthermore, I believe the steemit team is more than capable of sponsoring the fest, hence funding may not be an issue.

Also, If the steemit team sponsors the fest, stemians will want to attend because it will feel like something special for steemians.

Conclusion

The idea of a steem fest in Nigeria is exciting. I believe it will be so much fun as people will finally get to meet and exchange ideas. The positives that could come out from such a fest are numerous.

Nice entry, but In this cashless Policy do you think Nigeria will be the best place? Well is a nice idea . Goodluck

Thanks for the evaluation. The cashless situation could be a set back but I believe it could still work out.
