Steem greetings to everyone in this community, welcome to another exciting edition of Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 68, I'm very much happy to share my opinion and view on this interesting caption of this week contest "What is the Best Way to Handle andle Stress ". Stress is something that people go through on daily basis I can termed stress as one of the killer of a good number of persons unknown to them , but before I go further let me answer the following questions as demanded in this contest
I think the best way to handle stress from my point of view is first and foremost understanding the type of stress you are going through because you can't properly deal with what you don't know, after realizing the type of stress you can now prover a solution. Secondly seek counsel from people who has been or passed through same stress . I can conclude this line by saying if is financial stress, live according to your earnings don't live expensive lifestyle when you are not able to fund your bills, if is emotional stress look for people you feel are trusted and share it with them for proper counseling.
Yes of course, emotional stress, I can remember vividly in 2018 in my year 4 in the university precisely when I was doing my internships, I Lost my Mum and I went into stress 😬. The only thing that helped me to come out of it was the people around me who comforted me and encouraged me and gradually with time I was relieved.
Stress can never solve this life challenges instead it will be complicated the more and causes more chaos and worsening the situation at hand.
What I can advise the person right now is that I may not know the type of stress you are going through right now, but whatever maybe the cause take it easy with yourself because stress is dangerous that can lead to death. In everything we faced in life trust and depend more on God, our ultimate focus should be on God that at the end he will scale you through. Amen 🙏🙏.

Stress can be seen as a difficult situation resulting from hurtful or demanding circumstances. Also, stress can be described as when someone is workout,warneout, tired, under pressure in carrying out his/her job. Stress can come in different forms such as Emotional stress, physical stress psychological stress. Furthermore, stress can also occur in diverse ways like financial stress not being able to meet up with family demands, marital stress: having challenges in your marriage and thinking of a way to settle it or having concern on how to raised kids. Emotional stress: having disappointment in your relationship, heartbreak 💔, betrayal of trust and many more
