It is very pathetic how religious belief will so engolf people's mentality that the can watch the child die just because they don't want to go against their religion, I heard you mention small vagina, Actually a virgina can only be small when the women get pregnant at a very tender age, which the strength to push the babies is not there, but on a normal anomalies like the positioning of the baby or other things can make the woman not to be able to deliver, on pregnancy an hormone oestrogen and progesterone(if not mistaken it is the pregnancy hormone) leads to the enlargement of the uterus in preparation for pregnancy. It seems it was a mistske typographical error when you said vagina and the uterus is torn open with a surgical blade, no knife is taken close to the uterus it is a no no no, a lot of people are afraid of CS, as human that normal but a CS is not wrong. I would take my wife on exercise on a dialy basic to ensure that the baby is in its right position and she must eat good food so her hormone can work properly, back then in the Bible days they were no caserean sectioning doctors but midwives that will assist and I don't think they used blade but today a lot of factors have made CS rampant, underage pregnancy, improper nutrition and lot more.
