My Observations:
Driving shouldn't be something tasking. The younger generation are so careless that if given the opportunity to drive, they would do great things. I have seen most of them misbehave during driving and it feels insecure.
Knowing how to drive is good but I still think 18+ is way too quick to learn driving.

18 is an adult besides children of this days are smart and sometimes bigger than their age. 18 is appropriate even before the law.
