In your understanding, who is considered a mother, and what are the duties of a mother? |

A mother is a selfless beautiful creature who must sacrifice her needs, wants and desires to meet the needs and wants of her family. A mother is that woman that goes all out for her loved ones. She is devoted to pleasing her loved ones.
A mother is a caregiver, a disciplinarian, a house doctor, a manager, an organizer and an unconditional love giver. A mother is that female who cares, love, advice and help you. For me, I see all females as potential mothers. One can be single and is a mother, being a mother does not necessarily mean you are married or you have a baby.
Duties of a Mother
🔻Family Manger: As a manager, the mother makes sure the family is at peace, love, and united. She is a manager and not a damager. She coordinates the family affairs and help each ones goals be achieved.
🔻A Teacher: A mother is the first teacher her children get to meet in life. She teaches her children how to love and care for each other, how to cook and do all the chores. Before they get enrolled in school, they learn the basis from their mother.
🔻House Doctor: Kudos to mothers because this is where the strength of a woman is seen. My mom till date has bags of medicine for emergency. A mother is the first doctor to her family before they visit the doctor proper.
🔻All time Chef: A mother is always there to cook different dishes to satisfy her family. She doesn't mind cooking everyday just for her family. Since they say women's education ends in the kitchen, I think that is why mothers are the best in chef unit.
What are some of the sacrifices that mothers make for their children? |

Mothers sacrifice so much for their children. Starting from the time a child is born, the mother is to take care of this baby by first, sleeping late night just for this baby to be satisfied. Most babies love sleeping during the day and stay awake at night, it is the duty of the mother to stay awake until the baby sleeps.
Mother sacrifice their dreams, career and social life just for their children. I have seen a mother who gave up everything just for one child. She got married and was asked by her husband to quit everything and stay at home for their son. She did it not for the husband, but for the love she has for her child.
A mother is just sacrificial in nature. She can give up her own food just for her child to eat. She gives up some tasking projects to make sure her child gets the best of education. Mothers are superheroes.
How does a mother's love shape a person's character and development? |

A mother's love is like strength, energy that helps us to be the best of us. A mother's value and teachings helps us develop into individuals of integrity.
Mother love helps us face challenges and overcome them, believe in ourselves and bring out the best in us. Mothers love is tender and gives us the tenderness of life. It is with mothers love that we stand out from the crowd. People who lack mother love are mostly seen as no-entity.
Mother's love build confidence and empowers us for the future. My mother's love has been the bedrock on which I stand today.
How can we celebrate and show appreciation for our mothers and their love? |

• Going all out to prepare special dishes for them
• Helping them when necessary
• Plan a special date for them in surprise
• Give them gifts
• Celebrate their birthdays
