Good day once again today i will love to talk about how we can take care if our health. Some of us don't know how to take care of our health. Any way what i mean is smoking all the types of hard drugs in the world, any one that come out the drug addict will even be the first person to take the drug. Some of this hard drugs may be good to people, for instance cocaine, they said that it helps them to strengthen their bone and make them strong when it is time to go for hard work, whereas the side effects for that drugs is it darkens the heart, lungs and your breathing cavity.
Now let me go ahead to talk on drugs. We all know that when we are sick we take drugs, when we are weak we take drugs, when we have pains we take drugs, now why do we take that drugs, we take the drug so that the sickness can go, the pains can go and the weakness can go.
Now let me ask a question is water an abuse?, hmm some people say that water is an abuse but water is not an abuse, water dose the work of dehydration, it flushes out the dirty particles in the belly.
Why do some people abuse drugs? If we are being ask to take two vitamin c the orange one (by the doctor) we will go and take 10 because of it sweetness, don't we think that, that is drug abuse? Yes we have abuse the drug. Some people can take paracetamol ten times in a day don't we think that is drug abuse.
Now i have come to conclusions that it's not good to take excess of drugs to avoid malfunction of the brain. Thank you for reading my post.
