My city in 5 images - Plettenberg Bay, South Africa,10% to Steem4Nigeria
Plettenberg Bay (Plett as known by locals) on the Garden Route of the beautiful Cape, South Africa is a not a city but a town and a well known holiday destination
Arch rock or Cathedral Rock – a huge tourist and local attraction. It is a must for all that visit to see if they can throw a stone through the top whole in the rock formation
St. Peter’s Anglican Church – this stone build church is a symbol of God’s love for His people and a well-known beacon in Plett
Robberg – Not only one of the top 5 beaches in South Africa but thousands of people embark on walking this unique hiking trial. You can also take a boat trip around the tip and swim with the seals. (Rob is the Afrikaans, my language, for seal)
Keurbooms River Angling Club – Well known by all the fishermen in the area and holiday makers for lazy afternoon cruises, fishing, water sport and viewing the beautiful valley and nature
Beacon Island Hotel – talk about this hotel and everybody knows you are talking about Plett. It also host the main beach of the town
I love my town!
