The Diary Game: [21/09/2024] Cooking and eating rice and stew in my house after a long while

Warm greetings my beloved steemians across the globe, it's been awhile, I know you missed me a great deal but I'm fully back withy steeze 😂.

Just wanna share my yesterday activities with you all, hope I'm fully permitted to carry on with it.

HOW I SPENT MY YESTERDAY

After waking up that yesterday, I just scanned through my mind on what to cook and eat since it was a weekend. So I concluded on making stew since it has been a long time I ate it, it was since December last year that I cooked stew and ate in my house.

After doing my morning chores I stepped out to the market to purchased all the ingredients I needed for my stew. Reaching the market I had to make some withdrawal from the Point of sales stand (POS), since I didn't go with a physical cash.

After making withdrawal from the woman, I went straight to a tomatoes seller, I bought plenty of fresh tomatoes because I really love using it for my stew rather than using tin tomato all through, and I also bought fresh pepper and onions.

From there I went inside the market to buy meat and other ingredients, but so unfortunate I could not buy the meat due to the high cost of it, that was when I changed plan from using the meat, so I later bough mackerel fish and cow skin (kpomo), then I bought other ingredients then I headed back home.

Getting back home I was so tired, but I summoned strength to prepare the meal. I started by putting rice and beans on fire before I proceeded with preparing the stew.

Before you knew it my rice and beans mixture was done and my stew was on fire, in few minutes time my stew was ready too, though I had some assistance that helped make the work easy for me, that was my neighbors children two of them.

After preparing everything and I dished our the food and eat aside to get cool while I went to the bathroom to take a shower so that I can't eat the food well well.

After eating the food to our satisfaction, we just lay down and slept solid sleep, we slept for some hours, when we woke up it was already evening yet the sun was still shining.

I decided to wash few of my clothes that was dirty, when I was done with washing I just rested a little before I picked my phone and went straight to my telegram app to mine some Airdrops.

I actually spent some quality time mining all my Airdrops even the ones I have not been mining due to not having time for it, so I dedicated yesterday for all of them. Before I knew it might has fall and everywhere was just dark and hunger came calling at my name.

I removed soup from the fridge, defroze it and boiled water, prepared garri for my dinner.

After eating I ironed my dress for Sunday wear before I retired to bed and call it a night.
