| MEANING OF TRUST |

Trust is the firm belief in the truth of a person, it is the strong reliance on the capability of a person or something. Trust allows partners to be safer around each other, allows for deeper communication between both parties, Trust also allows business workers to trust each other, relying on the capabilities of the person to be able to deliver a work, believing he will never fail to deliver on a fixed date or a given time.

In my country citizens do not feel safe to trust one another because of the state of fraud in the country, everyone wants to have hold of the money and do not care about delivering the work to the clients, many have a me first attitude and this cause the level of trust to reduce in my many parts of the country.
Poverty also affects trust here in Nigeria because the level of poverty will warrant any lazy youth to go into diverse acts to get money from where they did not plant, many go into hook ups just to survive. Now this hookup girls have a relationship to fend for but would likely go outside the marriage to sleep with another man to get money and fend for herself, making it hard for husbands to trust their wives in most cases.

On many occasions I have fell victim of a broken trust Which have personally made me have trust issues, an instance is the case where I have a tailor a clothe to sew, he gave me a date to pick the clothe up, I made the half payments for the clothe just to come back the day we fixed to find out that he hasn’t even started to sew the clothe, this really hurt and it’s rampant around my area to find an entrepreneur who will deliver the work for you as was arranged, many other examples of broken trust is very rampant.

Based on many broken trust issues rampant, many other solutions can be made to amend this issues one by one .
- Workers should make sure they say the truth to their clients to strengthen their trust for them.
- Taking personal responsibility for actions and saying an apology when needed and make needed changes.
- Making sure to do all the things agreed to show trustworthiness.
With this points broken trust can be amended, it is very important to make sure meet the needed agreement to boost the trust of your clients at work places, make apologies after wronging a person and making sure not to repeat the acts.
