Unpacking a Kenwood Food Processor

After I lost my Century food blender to a mix of Mango, pineapple and banana, we had to go for some time without any smoothie. I entertained the thought of taking the blender to a technician for a fix. It had saved the family for more than five years and could still be useful.

Let's try another product

There were product commercials showing a blender that could pulverize a bottle and another was able to pound yam. I loved the yam pounding idear because I could not see any use for a bottle dust.

The main items in the package is the motor, the main bowl, the blade , the cover, a spatula and a seal with little documentation.

The main engine

an electric driven motor that runs the food processor. It has a 3 pin code permanently attached to it. Has a handle and two control buttons.

The bowel

A 7L stainless steel bowel that holds the items to be processed.

The Blade

This food processor has five blades arranged in a helical form around a central rottor. The blades are curves backwards stretching from the center towards the edge of the bowel.
I just wish this blades can be bought as spere when it gets dull.

The Lead

A tough transparent plastic that covers the bowel during processing, preventing spillage and guiding the main motor as it connects to the blade assembly.

Get the fruits ready and diced into the bowel with the blade in place.
Cover the lead and mount the motor.
press down the button while holding it down
it takes less than 10 seconds to process the fruits into a smoothie

Precautions and safety measures
_{The Kenwood food processor can not blend bones, it is advisable to remove bones from meat and fish before processing it.}
_{Cutting the items into smaller chonks makes processing easier and faster. A single processing session should not exceed 30 seconds. If after 30 seconds of processing the expected result is not achieved, wait for 30 seconds then start again.}
