I hope everything goes well for you all. Hello and welcome to my latest article. Like other body parts, our eyes are the most important part of our bodies. God's eyes are a great blessing. Indeed, a healthy body is a great blessing from God. Our eyes require proper care, which is our responsibility.

We should be able to avoid eye problems if we practice daily eye care. Today I'm going to talk about some simple and fundamental eye health steps.

1. Don't touch eyes unnecessarily

This is crucial. Please don't rub your eyes excessively. This act is extremely hazardous to the eyes because a large number of germs, including various bacteria and viruses, are constantly present on hands and easily transfer to our eyes through touching. These bacteria can irritate the eyes and cause other serious problems. The two most common bacteria that cause eye disease are Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus pneumonia. Conjunctivitis, also known as pink eye, is a very common condition caused by these bacteria. The eyelid membrane becomes severely inflamed and red in this condition. It takes 3 to 4 weeks for the condition to completely disappear. Washing hands at regular intervals is therefore critical.

2. UV or ultraviolet radiations

The ultraviolet radiation emitted by sunlight is extremely harmful to the eyes. These ultraviolet rays cause damage to the sensitive tissues of the eye. When you go out, use caution. When going outside, the best way to protect yourself from the sun's harmful radiation is to wear high-quality sunglasses or carry an umbrella. I believe that an umbrella is the best option because it protects not only the eyes but also the face and head. Whenever I leave the house for work, I bring an umbrella with me as protection from UV rays.

3. Blinking

This is another crucial step that we frequently overlook while gaming or doing other computer work. So, remember to blink your eyes every 3 seconds, especially if you're using a mobile device or a computer.

4. Eyes friendly vegetables

Yes, some vegetables are extremely beneficial to eye health. Excellent sources of vitamin A include spinach and carrots.. To keep your eyes healthy, eat 3 to 4 spinach leaves and 1 carrot daily. You can eat these as a salad , depending on your taste and preference. Carrots are high in beta-carotene and lutein, both of which are beneficial to the eyes. Furthermore, oily fish like salmon is very good for the eyes because it contains a lot of vitamin A.For healthy eyes, vitamin A is helpful.

5. Use of Cucumber and potato slices

On my eyes, I frequently use cucumber or potato slices. Cucumber is great for the eyes because it absorbs tiredness and provides hydration and soothing effects. It is also very effective for treating under-eye circles. Potato slices can also help with eye puffiness. I simply place cucumber slices on my eyes for fifteen minutes before sleeping

6. Rose water drops

Rose water has excellent eye-calming properties. It truly soothes the eyes by removing all dust from them. Our eyes often begin to burn as a result of pollution or other factors. In such a case, applying rose water drops to our eyes immediately relaxes and calms them. Rose water is truly magical for my eyes. Because rose water is natural, it is not harmful to the eyes. My mother also enjoys rose drops for eyes and frequently uses them in her eyes.

An interesting and useful tip to protect the eyes from small and sharp objects or invisible dust as well as from ultraviolet rays you write about. I also have to use glasses if I travel long distances or under certain conditions. Thanks for sharing this tip... I think you've started well
