What do you think of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?

I think that everyone being a winner on the Steemit platform is a great idea because the effort people put into writing and performing other things on the platform needs to be rewarded no matter how little. So this is the reason why I support the motion of everyone to be a winner in the platform.

Writing is somehow stressful and time-demanding and it requires your complete dedication to be able to construct a good or well-structured article that will give meaning to the readers if shared, those who can share such quality content should be rewarded or should also be winners of certain prizes.

In summary, I think everyone being a winner in the Steemit platform is a dream come through for all Steemians because everyone will benefit and it is a good idea if you ask me.

Is the idea of everyone winning on STEEMIT fair exciting to you?

The idea of everyone winning on Steemit is indeed exciting and superb because you will be confident to share your publication knowing that you also will be a winner and the effort put to create the content won't go in vain.

Often people get discouraged because they don't see themselves as winners in the various competitions on the Steemit platform but if a situation presents itself where everyone can be a winner, then you will see many people participating because the end once their article is worthy enough, they will get some reward.

I have seen a case where everyone was a winner in a contest. The organizer shared the reward among all those who participated in the contest. Here you will see people trying to participate because they will have a reward no matter how little.

How does the concept of everyone being a winner on STEEMIT affect user motivation?

Indeed the concept may affect users in terms of motivation because people won't want to compete again knowing that everyone is a winner. As it stands where we have only 3 winners in most of the contests on the Steemit platform, you will agree with me that everyone puts in effort in their writing to ensure they are selected.

So the motivation to write more quality articles than others won't be there if everyone on the platform or in the contest becomes a winner because both those who wrote quality content and those who wrote normal content get the same reward.

Any challenges with everyone being a winner on STEEMIT?

Yes, there is a big challenge with everyone being a winner on the Steemit platform. As I have stated above the major or number 1 challenge is that the rate of the quality article produced by various users will reduce drastically.

People won't be participating in the contests to get selected as the best any longer instead they participate because they wish to get a reward as every other person who participated since they are all winners.

The competition won't be very interesting in itself because of that so that is the main challenge with everyone being a winner.

What content would you create on STEEMIT to be a winner?

To be a winner on the Steemit platform all you need to do is create quality content that stands out among others. This means that for your post to be selected among those winners, you have to make sure that the post is of good quality.

To make a good quality post on Steemit, your post must be at least 350+ words, you must use a very good markdown style and you must use Grammarly to edit your content and be sure that you use the correct sentences where they are required and lastly you must ensure you use good images and at least 3 images which gives an idea of what you are trying to explain in words.

When you follow the above-listed criteria, then your post won't be very far from being selected among the top best for the week. So that is what I know about post-selection.
