How many days were you in attendance?
I attended work-out thrice the week, I couldn't meet up in the first workout day which was Monday due to some uncertain factors.
Which of the programs was the toughest?
I did every program effectively and it was a pleasure, the true fact is that, when you determine to do something, you flow through the toughest without realizing it, maybe the program was tough but sincerely speaking, I didn't felt it.
Did you complete all your programs holistically?
Nope, I couldn't completed all the program holistically but I completed some, unlike the jump squat, i couldn't completed it holistically, i rested when i needed to.
The benefits you derived from the programs
Taking my program had joined hand with the medication I took to heal my sickness, I'm now good and fitted to workout even more than I did, it's sad I'm not showing up this week but next week is guaranteed.
Your overall thoughts about the week's training.
The week was indeed a positive one, we did everything accordingly and I believe every members had achieve something.
Who or what is your inspiration?
For me, everyone's are inspiring me; for instance, whenever I feel like giving up but then i see others moving on, i tap my inspiration from them. It would've been very complicated if not for our team members and the coach as well, I wish i have the power to fast forward time so next week will come very fast...😁
I am glad that you completed all your programs even though you rested at some point. I am also glad to hear that the exercises helped along with the medication for you to heal. It is just wonderful how exercising helps in that way. That is why, I don't stay back even when I am sick. You might not even notice when I am sick even I am the instructor.
We will miss you this week but hopefully, next week will soon be here. Thank you for interacting
