We overthink when things isn't certain the way we expected, we all these feelings and it's natural, we can use the word worry for good and same is can it for bad, thinking about things that are not important means we use worry for the wrong way but we use it for right way only when we use it for important things and not letting it overwhelm us until it effects appear in us.
