The Problem of Landlords and Tenants
Landlord and tenant challenged had been long time ago. But do you think that this challenge will ever end? If yes, how will that be?
Competition is one of the major challenge which Landlords are having with their tenants, this is because of how the owner of the compound had seen the success of the tenant.
A tenant was staying in an appointment while he keeps his generator on daily, especially when he's around.
The landlord was now envious about him but he never took cognizant about it. One day, the tenant dreamed how the Landlord was not a good man and when he woke up, he prayed about that! However, problems started happening between the Landlord and the tenant.
Normally, they had been contributing cash monthly for the pumping of water but because of the revelation he had, he decided to transfer the little money for pumping of water to the landlord's acc and there were great problem in the yard.
He quickly gave the tenant quick noticed to pack out within certain date! He had no option than to do so and he said, he was very happy about the whole thing.
Immediately this tanant packed out, the landlord increased the house rent from #180,000 to #200,000.
All the tenant in the yard began to kick against it, saying that there was no formal meeting to help to notify us concerning the rent increment.
Therefore, this displeased all the tenants and some of them decided to packed out.
What I have explained above is what we are seeing today in our various places of living. The landlord can just come one morning without pre-information to tell you that he has increased his rent. At this point, you might not have the cash to start looking for another place to rent and this is a great challenge.
Once there is a news that a house rent in a street had been increased, every landlord in that street would like to step up his rent. This has brought competition among them.
The owner don't want to look if there is comfortability and maintainance the house but he needs big rent to be paid. This has been the major challenge between the landlords and tenants.
