The Diary Game[06-04-2024]|| planting cassava in our farm.

Hello, Good evening to all Steemians here in steem for Nigeria. I believe we all had a wonderful day filled with joy and excitement, it's a pleasure being here and I'm going to use this opportunity to write diary of me as at yesterday in the farm. It was actually a successful day, let me begin writing them in sections morning and afternoon/evening.

Morning activity

Going to the farm yesterday wasn't something that took me unexpectedly, it was planned. Having this in mind, we had to wake up early and get ourselves prepared to achieve our plans. I myself, my family members and my friend who came along with us woked up around 5:30am. And as it is usual to us as Jehovah's witnesses family, we first of all embrace our ritual that's, reading our morning text.

Indeed it was an interesting on with the caption, The one walking with the wise will become wise. What a wonderful reminder, this reminds and set our mind when it comes to making good choice of friends, it went further stating that our friends can influence us either in bad or good, and finally we need it with prayer.

After the morning text, while others of my family members were busy doing those routine, I was assigned by my parents to prepare a breakfast so we will eat before leaving the house to the farm. I made a delicious Rice which every of my family members ate and enjoy.

After eating, it was time to embark our journey to the farm. We were four in number and three out the four there were Steemians @preshy001 my junior sister, @toflex my friend and me @jozzie90. We were about to reach the farm by 8am which we started working, this particular farm is still that farm I post some week ago in my diary, yesterday was it completion. We finished everything that has to do with the farm.

The farmland is actually a very big plot of land, in the farm we have panted varieties of crops including cucumber, maize, melon and cassava. We are practicing what agriculture calls Mix cropping combining more than two crops in a plot of land.
While we were in the farm yesterday, I used from 8:30am to 1pm to dig the soil, also cutting the cassava stems in preparation of planting them.

My part

I did all my effort to make sure the farm was rounded up yesterday, because I'm going to leave my parents to resume as we are about resuming school the following week.

Afternoon/evening activities

Like I said earlier I was able to finish cutting the cassava stems and dicking the soil by 1pm so it can be planted. Though it was tough, but I need to put effort so we I can finish to match my schedule. It wasn't only me though, since we were four, we apply a division of labour to make it easy and fast.

Initial while I was on other preparation, I assigned my younger brother by name wisdom along side with my junior sis @preshy001, to focus only on clearing the farmland. That's picking out all the remaining burnt object that could injure someone in the farm.

When it was time to put those stems in the soil, it was a general work which I also took part. Our target was to finish up everything and leave the farm before 5pm.

The work was finally put to end, we finished up everything by 5:40pm, a slide different from our target time. But we still thanked Jehovah for making the work successful and we all went back home successfully.

We took our last snap with excitement before leaving the farm, and wisdom was the photographer.
