Obviously, procrastination is not good for anyone as it tends to draw us backward just as you have said, delay. I must say that j know the approach you have taken to avoid procrastination by eliminating distractions etc.
You have written well and I must say a big thank you for inviting me.
Yeah!! Distraction is one time big effect of procrastination, get rid of distraction and laziness, then you are already ahead of your task.
I will be oblige to read your entry as well.
