I can attribute the running nose to the cold weather, I am allergic to excessive cold and each time I'm faced with the condition of such, it's either I have a running nose like that of a kid or sneezing hard.
That's one of the side effect of cool weather. It sometimes have great effect on our health. Nevertheless, i'm happy that you are now feeling stronger, and you were able to perform some activities within the day. I wish you more strength sir.
Not many of us can handle excess cold and as for me, I have been dealing with a lot of allergies since I was little, most that has connections with choking odors, too cold weather, getting hit on the nose, and others, it seems my nose can hardly handle some of these things before I start sneezing almost uncontrollably.
