Week #13 Begins👉Let's do it...Do It Yourself 👉 Drawing.

Hello, great Steemians!
It's another week to add to my drawing skills. Thank you @benton3 for helping me in develop my drawing skills through these contests.

Drawing a dog

Please stay with me as I show you how I was able to get this done.

Materials I used for drawing (Step 1)

• A4 paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Sharpener

Step 2

• In this step, I drew the outline of the dog(side view). The dog is standing and it is either looking at someone/ something or just finished barking.

Step 3

• I added the one of the dog's ears since it is the side view. I also added one of the dog's eye and its tail.

Step 4

• I fixed up the mouth part of the dog (its mouth is closed).

Step 5

• Here is the final outlook of the dog after completing the drawing of it's legs. Hope I tried.

What I know about dogs

I grew up having a big dog we called "Wacko" where I live with my parents although we lot him 2 years ago to sickness. With the experience, here is what I know about dogs.

• Dogs are four footed animals.
• They are kept as pets.
• When properly taken care of, they look so adorable.
• They are called domestic animals because they live with humans in their homes.
• They are playful animals.
• They are loyal to their owners.
• They act as protectors to their owners scaring away robbers and other harmful animals.
• They have eyes that see beyond the physical and reacts to things that are sensitive to them in a realm beyond the physical.
• Dogs are always alert and so they can get to sense danger early enough and alert their owners.
• Dogs can eat every kind of food eaten by humans especially meats. They love cracking bones.
• They are emotional animals and can keep humans company.
• Dogs are intelligent animals.
• They have a strong sense of smell.
• They have strong and sharp teeth that they use for bitting and chewing.
• When an infected dog bites a human, it transfers a virus "rabbits" to the body system of the person it bites. Treatment must be done for the bitten person to survive it.
• When they are trained through conditioning, they tend to understand what is spoken to them and what each action its owner does mean.

Uses of dogs

• Dogs are used as protectors.
• They are used for detective purposes.
• They are used for fighting wars.
• They are kept as pet to act as companions.
• They can be used for hunting.
• They can be used to chase harmful animals from the home.

In conclusion, dogs are good pets to keep in the home considering its benefits although some persons may be allergic to it.
