Thediarygame Tuesday JUNE 20, 2023: A Fun Shopping Day!
Hi Friends!
I hope your week is going on well, mine is great and I'm glad to be here again, hey you gotta keep on pushing because I'm doing just that! Today I want to share my yesterday diary game with you, it was a hectic shopping day but I enjoyed every bit of it.
Morning Activities
As usual I woke up as early as 4:30 am energetic and strong, so I thank God for the protection throughout the night, and I exercised for 30mins, I performed aerobics exercises like dancing, jumping jacks, and high knees jump and I was sweating like water! After that I cooked rice and stew for breakfast, and I also added some to my kids for lunch.
I carry out other house chores, bathed, and weaved my baby's hair. It wasn't a small fight but the outcome was worth the effort! I iron some dresses which we will use for the christian meeting today. Then I bathed took my breakfast and left with hubby to shop.
On the way, we gave 2 of our neighbors a ride, and they were so happy because the cost of transportation is very high now, a short-distance ride is now 150 NGN which is approximately 1.23 Steem, due to the high cost of fuel. They were so happy at least we save them by spending 600 NGN, the lady dropped at her working place while we continue our journey to the warehouse, reaching there the man dropped and enter a taxi. We hopped inside and started shopping.
Our house was almost empty, so we bought so many things, a bag of rice, beans, beverages, soaps both for bathing, the other for washing, detergent, coffee, juices, biscuits for kids, baby's diaper and wipes, Vaseline, soda, vegetable oil, Seasoning cubes, and salt, etc. Though it cost us a fortune, it saves cost in the long run, for example, we've saved 4k from retailing non-dairy milk, and many other things, Also some of these items will take us for 2 months or more so we won't think of shopping them again during this period.

AFTERNOON, STILL SHOPPING:
Some prices of Food items were costly at the warehouse, things as rice, vegetable oil, beans, seasoning cubes, salt, and meat, so we drove down to the market and get these items at more affordable prices. I have a customer in the market whom I normally bought all these items so she sold most of the things at a discount price for me. Everything I bought with her was 54,000 NGN which is approximately 446.38 Steems for Steem at 121 Naira.

We came back at 1 pm and I was famished, so I heat Afang soup and ate with Garri, I showered and tend to my baby then I have a nap.
Evening Activities:
I woke by 3:30 pm to pick up my kids from school, coming back, I bathed them and assisted with their homework, and it was 7 Pm already, so I prepared pepper soup rice for dinner. Hubby came back from the office with cat-fish barbecue, so we devoured it and it was tasty 😋 he bought it from DD BBQ @eliany's husband. I wanted to make a post, but tiredness won't let me, so I retired for the day. Note prices of all good rises due to the high cost of fuel, I hope you enjoy my diary thank you!
