What a day to be alive and active! The 12th day of January has been an important day to remember over the last two years. But why is it that special to me, is it my birthday anniversary? Nah, but it's a day that's worth remembering and celebrating in my own way. Let me share the full gist with you.

Today the 12th day of January marks my second anniversary on Steem having created the account via Steemit on 12/01/2021. It was a day I met a friend in the virtual world who shared the good news about Steemit with me and I was all ready to give it my all back then. How time flies! It's now two years and I'm stronger.

Above is the screenshot of my account creation details on Steemyy, undoubtedly, it's been an amazing journey so far and I'm glad that I'm alive and active to see the day. Do you think it's not worthy of celebration? Let me take you on a quick ride, a lot of users don't even have last beyond one to six months while a lot neglected their accounts even though the accounts would be there on the Steem blockchain but inactive.
What about a few people that came after me but weren't bold to stay longer and resolved to leave? And to the dead 😭, unfortunately, it's sad they were forced to stop blogging with us, may every soul that was lost continue resting in peace, and may the Lord uphold their families.
Now, you realize why I should celebrate my second anniversary, here I am, active week in and week out for the past 2 years. I'm not gonna lie, the journey has not been all smooth through those years, there were ups and down and that's just life. There are times with maximum satisfaction about my wins on the platform.
And there has been the other side when you will ask yourself, "Am I not enough? Running out of good content? Have I offended anyone with any of my comments or articles? Am I not supporting others enough? Or have I failed to connect to the right people and appreciate them more?" and so on. But at the end of it all, here I am active and doing well in the ecosystem.
From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely appreciate everyone that has been part of my success story on Steem and to the Steemit team for their constant support, you are the real MVP. I appreciate it all. On this day, I wish for:
More years on the Steemit, actively doing my best.
More support towards the growth of the platform and the Steem token
More guidance to raise new generations of great authors on the platform.
More dolphins.
More activities to enhance the healthiness of the Steem ecosystem.
I am indeed happy to see the day, joyous, active, and healthy. I hope this journey continues for longer than I can ever imagine, I want to do more on Steemit.

It's worthy enough to celebrate, sir. Being alive to celebrate your success, progress, and many other good things is usually sweet. Many who joined Steemit before you and after you have left because they were impatient, and here you are celebrating your 2-year anniversary with a good achievement.
