Introduction

It's a great pleasure to be putting down yet another piece in the community today and I trust you are all doing great. This article would be a diary game that takes you on a ride about how I spent the first day of the new month. I hope you'd be my guest on this till the end. Let's go!

My Diary

It's the new month and I stayed up from the previous night studying, it's worth entering the new month agile and full of energy for the tasks ahead. After studying for a few hours from the night of the previous day, I utilized midnight to observe a quiet time with the creator of heaven and earth, committing into his hands all mine in the days ahead.

When it was about 01:40 am, I switched off the light in the sitting room and navigated my way into the bedroom, a time to take some rest for the coming day. My day started again at 7 am after my alarm sounded, I observed a quick quiet time and made my way into the kitchen to wash the used plates and performed other house chores.

It was about 10:45 am when I had finished eating my breakfast and got fully ready for the day, it's Monday and always a busy one for me. I navigated my way to the community to make a report for participation in the Steem4Nigeria Accelerator project for last week. It takes some time before I was able to come up with the report and it was published around noon.

The day has just begun then, there is a lot to attend to ahead, I have scheduled to make an article that would be comprehensive enough to teach users about club status and how to properly calculate each club to avoid using the wrong tags or having issues with MODs/Admins. I started writing the article which involves practical steps and that went on for a while.

A few minutes after 3 pm, I pended the article while I found my way back to the Steem4Nigeria community to select articles for booming support, after screening the articles and their authors properly, I have the selection published a few minutes after 4 pm.

It's been a day associated with heavy rainfall, it has begun raining as early as the day breaks and the power supply has since been disconnected in town. My devices are running down at this moment, I needed to charge but the power generator has no fuel in it. I continued writing my article and around 5:30 pm when it was still raining somehow not intensified as it was earlier, I trekked to a local petrol station (MRS Filling Station) to get fuel to power the engine.

A liter of Petrol is being sold for 195 NGN (1.2 STEEM). I bought 800 NGN (4.8 STEEM) worth of petrol which gives about 4.1 ltrs. I have just captured the pump after the attendant took my order.

Before leaving the place, I took a selfie at the pump and took a couple of selfies on my way home, not all would be shared in this piece though.

I got back home around 7:30 pm because I had trekked, and I put on the electricity generator to supply power for the house. A few neighbors came around to charge their devices because almost everyone was affected by the power outage. I had rice for dinner around 8 pm and then continued with my article.

I was able to complete the article after a few hours and have it published around 10 pm, you can read about the article here- Understanding Club Status, its Purpose, and Period of Calculation (Practical Steps). I stayed up to relax my brain with some skits on YouTube and at 00:06, I dropped my phone to call it a day.

Conclusion

In conclusion, it was a rainy day with highly intensified one that led to a power outage, this necessitated my stepping out in the quest to get fuel to power the engine for the electricity supply in the house.

I had spent the entire day on Steemit, putting a few things in place in the community and developing an article to address a few things as regards club status. It was a stressful but fulfilling one in the end. I hope you enjoyed reading this piece. Thanks for staying with me this long.
