You are quite right, @josepha. Many newbies are too in a haste to start operating on the platform without taking time to understand things better, that's exactly what I have noticed over them.

Your suggestion was quite good but if you look at the Newcomers' community, it's mainly for achievement tasks and updates from the community's management. I wouldn't want to violate any of the rules over there, if there is a need to drop a piece up there sometimes sooner, I may consider taking proper permission.
