Steemit Engagement Challenge (SEC) | S12W2- "Self Motivation"
Hello Everyone, How are you guys? I hope all pf my dear friends will be fine and all are doing good work in steem Nigeria community, here this is your very own Faran Nabeel and it is a pleasure to be with you in this second week of challenges, so a very warm welcome to all of you on my this post. Today i am here to participate in week 2 engagement challenge season 12 in steem for nigeria community. I hope you really like my this new participation.
What do you think causes people to lose their motivation in life?
Peoples lose thier motivation when they feel pain in thier internal and external parts, they lose motivation due to some failures and they can also lose thier motivation due to un-hoping think. Because motivation is basically when something, both internal and external, influences our goals, this means that it will depend on the person think and failures.
That is, when we take a lot of our time in our success but we faced failure then we can loae our hope and it can be a cause of losing motivation, when a person is not psychologically stable, then "perhaps" he always remains discouraged, because it is not clear that he can do something without needing any influence, it is about strength to not be in constant discouragement.
That is, when we totally break internally. But one of the things that I think can keep a person discouraged is that everything goes wrong and instead of learning from what previously went wrong, they do it again the same way and the cycle repeats itself, bringing with it discouragement and demotivation.
Have you been discouraged or depressed before? How did you handle it
As i said that it is depend on our failures ans when we totally break internally. And of course, I have felt discouraged at times, because it is something natural for people, it can touch us at some point, but it is up to each person To stay psychologically stable in that state, the important thing is to lift our spirits knowing that we can achieve our goals, we can be able to establish ourselves and move forward. Original failure is Better than imitational success. So, lift your spirits and say that you can do it.

We can need to lift our spirits knowing that we can achieve our goals. And i always follow this phrase and this has always worked for me, I only felt this a few months ago when i did one mistake and believe me, I didn't last a day feeling like this, when something goes wrong, I do it again and try to improving my mistakes, I try to learn from my mistakes and improve him. I doing it better, when I get better results, here it comes the desired MOTIVATION, and obviously I feel satisfied and calmer.
Is self-motivation a good practice? Explain.
Yes sure, self motivation is always good and it can be help us in our badtime and through this we can liftour spirits, telling ourselves that we are capable, that YES we can do something, that we can undertake, that we can get a highest degree and highest spot, that we can get a good position, of course It is the best motivational therapy that we can apply to ourselves just look your self at mirror and say yes that you can do all.
On Steemit what keeps you motivated.
Yes, I really feld myself motivated after joining this platform because after joining this platform i doing believing on myself that i can do. And one of the main motivations on Steemit, is that most of the steemians are always giving encouraging comments, they appreciate my work. they treat me as if they have known you all your life, plus I have been able to find a means to write and reading, something that I have loved since I was a child.
Here the topics that attract my attention the most are writing, where we can talk about our lives and we can give our points of view in the different topics. We discussion on it and we can get motivation through our earning from this platform. In addition to all this, I can monetize and get my savings for the future, steemit have a lot of motivation forthier users.

Truely pain is one thing that can easily break each and everyone of us down, it is also left for us to make out ways in avoiding pain in vrekaing us down fully.
Reading through your post was really pleasing, you did well by saying that we should always learn from our mistakes and not been discouraged because we failed for some times.
