Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 30: Worry Doesn't Solve Problems
Introduction
I understand as humans we have problems. Most times, these problems will seem difficult, as if you won't be able to see the next day. The next thing that would seem consolable to us will be to be worried and being restless.
Why worry about what you cannot change? Why worry about what you cannot fix? Why worry about what you have no answer for it. Like I'll always say, who thinking help?
You really want to know my thoughts about this? Then get reading.
What does it mean to worry and is it bad to do so?
To be worried is to be troubles, restless and thinking about a matter in such a way that you feel it's too difficult for you to continue living. Most times, people who worry too much are usually suicidal, always angry and moody at all times.
I'll say that worry is like a parasite, it eats deep into its victim's body. Worrying is bad. You know what? It's alright to feel bad about some things, but worrying may be dangerous to one's health. Most times, worry may cause insomnia and lost of appetite. If you worry too much, it can drain you off.
Does worry solve problems? If yes, why? If no, why?
Who said worry solves a problem? Since I was born till now, I've never heard worries solving anyone's problem. It can't solve a problem. Rather, it destroys you. If you are not careful, worry can start giving you a suicide option. That's why if you ask those who committed suicide if they had the opportunity to speak, they would tell you how they got worried and couldn't bear it or had no option than to end it all.
So, worry doesn't cure anything but destroys a lot.
Highlight 3 causes of worrying and 3 consequences of worrying

How do I know? I've been a victim of worry. I've taken time to deal with and heal from such a mess, I'm free.
State 4 solutions to avoid worrying too much
Work hard and always engage yourself doing something. If you're busy, there'll be no time to worry about some things.
Pray to God about everything. He's always in control.
Instead of worrying, talk to people about that thing eating you up, you may find help.
Take things easy in life, don't take everything too seriously, be playful, make friends and always be joyful at all times.

Conclusion
Like I said before, I've been a victim of worry. I understand what it is to be worried. I used to be worried about almost everything in life. Sometimes, it could be fear over this or fear over that. In the end, they became worrisome to me.
I came out of it. I learnt to trust God more, I let go of so many expectations. I got myself engaged in my job, I socialised. I found joy in everything, whether good or bad.
That's why, in reality, I've had people who have had the opportunity to know me in time past and even now walk up to me and ask how I live without worries about certain things. I will just laugh and tell them it's been God, and certainly, it's been God's help.
If I could get off it, then you could!
