Greetings to you all my Steemians, am so delighted to be among the participate of this Contest, it really an opportunity to be here.
I appreciate the Community steem4Nigeria for bringing this topic, "My Country; My Home" it an interesting one for everyone.
In this context I will like to write about my home country Nigeria.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR HOME (COUNTRY)A BRIEF HISTORY

Nigeria is is my home country, it is a country in the African subregion,. It is a country that that was colonies by the British Government. It was amalgamated in 1914 , and the amalgamation bring about the Northern and the Southern Protrctoriate,. It was under the control of British the Some of the Elite canvas and agitated for her independent. The Name Nigeria was given by Flora Shaw, a British Journalist that got married to a British Colonial Master Fredrick Lugard.

The country is running a democratic system of government that have The National Assembly as the body Law makers that is Upper and lower chamber. Nigeria has 6 Goe Political Zone. 36 State and the FCT. with 774 Local government Area.

Her leadership run from : President ---- Senate President Secretary --- Speaker of House of Representatives. and Governors in each state

WHY DO YOU THINK YOUR COUNTRY IS UNIQUE? SHSRE AT LEAST FACT FOR THAT REASON.

My home country Nigeria is a unique country because of her natural, cultural heritage , Historical geographical reason which I will to talk about it with only 3 factors .

• Natural Factor:
Naturally,My country Nigeria is bless with a lot of minerals that is given by the nature that makes the country to be one among the Oil producing nation in the world.

• Cultural Heritage:
The Culture of my country is a unique one with different tribes, their mood of dressing,way of live , religion etc.

• Geographical reason:
The Geographical part of nigeria make it a unique nation, it bless with good vegetations with greenish 🌲 tree,. with good Enveromental Attraction.

WOULD YOU LEAVE YOUR COUNTRY TO SETTLED IN ANOTHER? IF OPPORTUNITY SHOWS UP? BACK UP YOUR ANSWER WITH REASON.

YesI will leave my country to stay in another country if an opportunity is given, this is because there is a say that my people always say" traveling is a part of Education". So in this case,I will like to go and stay in an other country to compare and contrast to know if my country is doing well or not. Also to know how is other country running her economy. More over, the leadership strategy and pattern of Governance.

WHAT AREA OF YOUR COUNTRY WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE AN IMPROVEMENT ?

The major area in my country (Nigeria) i will like to see improvement is Security Sector, This is because a lot of people have been kidnapped day in day out with out Government giving proper attention, distroying of life and prosperity become child play making the country to lose her economy potentials.

      The other three reasons you have presented about Nigeria are indeed commendable. You mentioned that Nigeria is rich in natural resources. A country which has endless reserves of mineral resources is more developed. Also, the culture and history of Nigeria really catches the attention of people.

        Nigeria is a blessed country with a lot of goodies especially the rich cultural heritage. It's always amazing to cultural presentation even in movies. The displays are always so wonderful.

        Just like most countries security is a challenge in your country and I think the government should improve their security measures so as to solve this problem. When I think of coming Nigeria the thought of insecurity scares me a lot. Try to stay safe
