House wife VS Working class wife

I'm glad to be partaking in this lovely contest from @okere-blessing. This topic is really educating and i found it necessary to partake and also give my view about it.

To the best of my knowledge, a house wife is someone who is married but without any form of work to earn a living. Her responsibility is only to take care of the home. There is nothing she's doing to bring in money to the table or that can be used to assist the family financially.

Who is a working class wife?

A working class wife is any married woman who has something doing to earn a living. She has something whether little or big that could bring monetary gain to the family. She is capable of assisting in the financial needs of the family.

Would you prefer your wife /sister to be a house wife or a working class. (If yes give your reasons,if No give reasons)

In this era, i would not prefer anyone to be a house wife. The need for money is on high and there are many things that needs to be solved with money on a daily basis. I would prefer each woman works and gain money in other to assist the home.

No man wants to marry someone who would not help financially. Even though the person may not really work in office, i suggest the person engages herself with a work she can do from home. This will help ease some burden from the husbands shoulder and help solve various needs in the family.

Take for instance where the husband is the monetary eye of the family and it happens that he lost his job, his children's fees have not been paid and the wife is a house wife, everything about that family will be a story and they can never live peacefully.

It might even lead the husband to engage in illegal businesses in order to put food on the table. The resultant effect will be drastic, but, if the wife is working in such home, she will step up and take the financial needs of that home until the husband gets a new job. She takes up each responsibility and there will be no slack.

This has happened in my father's house many times and my mother was able to help out. I can remember the time my father didn't have any money to pay our fees, my mother was able to help out and even provide food for the house. If not that we are matured, we wouldn't have known who paid the fees. They did everything in love and harmony.

Are there risks of being a house wife or working class.

Inasmuch there are few benefits to being housewife, nevertheless, the risk cannot be overemphasized.

• The person will lack respect and recognition

A house wife lacks respect and recognition from members of the society. They are not really valued as many think they have nothing to add to the growth of the society.

• Inability to helps one's husband

Such house wife will lack the ability to help his husband financially. Without proper understanding, the husband might see him like a liability and thinks she can't help him.

• She can easily feel bored and it might lead her to have poor morals

Many house wife's are known to gossip. They easily feel bored indoors and might want someone to talk to. This might lead her to look out to whom to speak with and in the process, she might say things that are not necessarily important.

Mention some benefits of being a house wife or been a working class.

There are many benefits in being a working class wife

• Supportive

A working class wife is highly supportive to the family. She provides monetary, educational and moral supports to the family.

• She understands how to manage money better

Having worked and known how hard it takes to make money, she will always ensure that the family finances are well managed.

She will not be reckless in spending and she will ensure each naira will be spent judiciously.

• She has better understanding of life

She has been in the labour market and she understands how things goes in the economy. She had better understanding and it will help her offer great suggestions on how to handle issues in the home

• She is financially independent

She is financially independent and she does not depend on the husband for everything. She also provides for the family. She does not expect the husband to pay her surprises all the time. She can surprise him by getting gifts for him, assist in taking care of the family needs and many others.

Which of them create more impacts in a home.

Working class wife creates more impact in a home.
With my previous assertion on the benefits of being a first class wife and the risk of being a house wife, i can boldly say that working class wife creates more impact in a home.
