#My Neighborhood Watch #43 - Reporting Events Around us. ( We should be careful of the second wife and mindful of the road)
Hello friends. How is the day with you?. I want to wish everyone in the Steemit wonderful happenings. And I want to acknowledge the organizer of this context "My Neighborhood Watch"
I want to look at my neighborhood watch as a situation where persons living in the same environment agree on and find modalities to try to improve their community in collaboration with the security agents.
I live in Akpata the community in the headquarters of Akun Development Area in Nassaraw Eggon local government area of Nasarwa State in North Central Nigeria in West Africa.
From Monday, March 25th to Friday,4th of April 2024. Three ugly scenarios happened in my neighborhood. One is the demised of one of the influential ministries of God.
He made all preparations to go for a routine medical checkup and asked his driver to wait for him the driver waited so long but couldn't see him coming out, he went to check and saw him kneeling beside his bed and thought he was praying and took so long and still saw him in the same position and called after him but there was no response and the touched him and he discovered life has gone out of him.
He then came out called people around and was taken to the hospital the doctor confirmed him dead and the corpse was deposited in the mortuary.
When his kingsman heard about it he organized some young able-bodied men holding stststicksato attack the deceased's uncle. They said a fortune teller said he was responsible.

The young men in the community tried and arrest the situation with the aid of securities agents. Although there were no casualties, there were some injuries sustained.
The deceased was laid to rest about a week after and the perpetrators of the act are under the police net for further interrogation and investigation.
The second incident was a man and his family going to look for ends means. The man has two wives and carried them on a motorcycle with their little child and then jumped with a truck, two women both had fractured and the truck crushed his left leg beyond treatment to restore the leg and it was amputated
To the glory of God, their little child was injured free, and their parents are undergoing treatment now in the same hospital where the Minister of God was certified dead and deposited in the hospital.
The third scenario in the same community was between a young man and his second wife.
The young man has two wives.
Just last week April, 224, he had a misunderstanding with his second wife, she claimed he beat her. She went to her village to tell her parents and on Friday 5th April she came along with some young four men and without any comments they started beating him with sticks.
His immediate elder brother tried his best to rescue his brother but not possible, the senior wife ran and called people who were celebrating a traditional marriage just about a stone's throw from the house.
They came and were able to overcome the situation, for they nearly killed one of them. The security agents were alerted and came and arrested the situation.

The perpetrators are under security and the investigation is ongoing. The woman was bailed that night because was breastfeeding
They may likely be charged to court for trial and persecution for attempted murder
So far so good that is happening in my neighborhood.
