Hello everyone, how are you all doing today? I'm here to take part in this fantastic challenge that was organized by @simonnwigwe, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for taking the time to create such a high-caliber competition.

The part I will like to work on Steemit is to become a community curator and an observer. Community curators are steemians chosen by the Steemit team to work with opportunities supplied to ensure they review users' posts based on certain requirements, such as club status, plagiarism-free, use of a bot, and steem exclusive. And while all people will agree that it's a wonderful thing to work as a community curator on the Steemit platform, it's not an easy job but I really wish to become a community curator one day.
What other initiatives would you make for the growth of the Steemit platform if you where a member of the Steemit team? |

If I join the Steemit team, which I hope to do someday, I'll continue to work more diligently as a community curator, not just concentrating on one community but also attempting to support other people's high-quality content. I'll also make sure to follow the rules and act in accordance with my obligations by reading and upvoting high-quality content and encouraging all Steemians to keep publishing high-quality posts.
What criteria do you think should be taken into consideration when selecting someone to become one of the Steemit team members? |

The following are the requirements for selecting someone to join the team and the elements we need to consider:
Must be an active member of the community and accountable for their responsibilities before being chosen to join the Steemit team.
Someone who consistently produces high-quality content, makes effective use of the markdown style, and is up for challenges.
Once more, users with significant Steem power should assist other users.
Those who keep their club status avoid frequently power down.
