Engagement Challenge S5/W5 - My Day in Pictures. 13-11-2022

November 12 been Saturday my good friend @chimuanya did tradition marriage which took him months to get prepared for this marriage..
I went his house early morning to help him and so some little things before we move to his wife house to show them that we are ready to have their daughter as our wife..

Afternoon everybody get ready and enter bus to the wife compound for the (Igba Nkwu) which we called Tradition marriage when we get they, we take pictures first..

After the picture they show us our canopy and we get seated and waiting for the in-law to give us water to drink for anything.

After the water our elder get up and greet everyone before we open what bring us here, they offer us drink, food and meat, but, before then the wife came out and greet us before she get inside and prepared to come out and carry the plan wine 🍶 and show us his husband.

Immediately she come out DJ play a nice song that she use and look for his husband when she saw her husband she kneels down and drink the palm wine and gave to her husband after her husband finished it he put money inside the cup and move on to the elder and both of them kneels down and elder bless them and they get up and dance 💃..

After the dance we eat and drink and start preparing for the Reception at the husband compound where everything are well kept and cake..

Now we are in the Reception, the MC welcome us and we have seat before the husband and wife come in we all stand and welcome them because they are the important that invite us for this occasion.

The MC told them to get ready for cutting of cake because no time anymore Mc came from far distance so he want to get home in time few minutes husband and wife come out for the cutting of cake 🍰, when MC count of JESUS the cake was cut down and everyone rejoice and free happy,

Immediately we ask me start sharing drink and water everyone are happy eating and drinking, MC told the DJ to give them a good music for dancing and people giving them money, I'm sorry that I did not take some pictures there because no chance for me, I'm one them that sharing drinking.
