INTRODUCTION

Good day dear friends. It is another week on the Steemit engagement challenge. I appreciate @Steem4Nigeria community for this opportunity to write on this theme that affects our general well-being. Let's get started

DESCRIBE YOUR VIEW ON THE USE OF THE TWO PRODUCTS.

As the theme of the contest demands, we're are discussing the use of natural and chemical products.
First and foremost, I'd love to share what I understand by "natural and chemical products"

Natural products are substances or compounds that is produced by a living organism. Every natural products, comes from a living organism. Natural products are not made by man, they're made by God. Scientifically, some natural products are proven to have a chemical composition in it. For example the water we use, it has the chemical composition of Hydrogen and Oxygen molecules.

A chemical product is the end product of the mixture of two or more substances. There's always a reaction before the result. These products are made by man. In our daily lives, we make use of either one of the products. Some natural products may not be harmful to the human health. While others can be fully harmful because of its composition when the consumer makes uses it inappropriately. On the other hand, chemical products such as insecticide, agrochemicals, cosmetics etc places a high risk of possible harm on the user when used the wrongly.
Both products are helpful but when used wrongly, results to harmful effects.

WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON THE ERADICATION OF CHEMICAL PRODUCTS?

Chemical products have various importance such as improving the quality of living and saving lives. There are some things that can't be done without the use of chemical products. Using natural products will be a complete waste of time. Despite that, most natural products are useful than most chemical products. To completely eradicate the use of chemical products, may not be helpful to keep this world as a safe place. Therefore, the only option left is to minimize the use of these products, ensuring safety guidelines before use which will definitely improve the safety of human health and environment.

DESPITE THE DISADVANTAGES, DO YOU THINK THE TWO IS IMPORTANT IN OUR LIVES?

We cannot afford to live quality life without the aid of both the natural and chemical products. They're very much important in our lives as quality living is concerned. For example, because of the effect of herbicide on crops while controlling weeds, do you expect a farmer to manually use hoe and cutlass to clear out the weeds on a farmland that is approximately 2 hectares. The two are of great importance, so the only suggestion is to use it appropriately.

HAVE YOU EVER HAD ANY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE FROM BOTH PRODUCTS?

The answer is obviously yes! It was an experience with a chemical products called Hydrogen Chloride (HCL) which is also an acid. While I was in senior secondary school, as a science student we were all sent to the laboratory to perform a chemical experiment of titration. It is the chemical analysis to determine the concentration of an analyte (acid or base). Although I was fully clothed in protective wears (hand gloves, lab coat, and glasses), suddenly a classmate from my team mistakenly spilled the acid HCL close to where I was. Unknown to me, the substance kept moving thereby burning every light object close by. It was when it go to me that I felt a very hot sensation on my body. The substance has burnt a bit of my laboratory coat, and was about to come in contact with my skin, which was going to devastating. I immediately rushed to water sink and wash away the substance thoroughly with care. Water reduces the action of such substance. If that classmate of mine has been careful enough, handling the flask with care such incident wouldn't have happened. So in any dealing with natural or chemical products, we have apply precautionary measures to avoid damages.
