Hello everyone

Here is my neighborhood watch contest and i will be writing on my neighborhood. Much appreciation to the organiser @xkool24 for this wonderful contest.

MY NEIGHBORHOOD

As humans ,we all live in a society bound to a neighborhood. There are various influences everyone's lives while growing up. I strongly believe the biggest of the influences is the neighborhood we grew up in.

My neighborhood is a quite large, welcoming and friendly one. I was outgoing and remarkably talk active. Making friends became my number one priority. I believe growing up in a massive neighborhood filled with kids around my age to hang out with have a great influence in ones life.

In my neighborhood, my peers are wonderful. Before i got to know them, i would typically stay indoors either reading ,playing video games or watching television. But when i got to know them, they would convince me to come out from my house to play football on the field with them on a daily bases.

My neighborhood also offers a lot of benefits. Many people living around my neighborhood don't have to travel afar to fulfill all their basic needs thanks to the market and some food store close to my neighborhood.

Due to this festive season a lot of shops and stores are being opened close to my neighborhood,people are relocating to some where else and new neighbors are coming into the neighborhood.

Though i live in a friendly neighborhood ,it is also being polluted by smokes .This has become one of the major problem in my neighborhood ,where you see young men gather in a particular place to do nothing but to sit ,drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes

Many people have complained to them about the smokes but they wont listen, not until one day a man called the police and arrested them all, then it stopped. Traffic in my neighborhood is quite hectic, many people are travelling out and in of the state making traffic unbearable. There is congestion on the road making it hard to even walk on the road. The absence
of the traffic wardens makes the situation even worst

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, our neighborhood is one of the essential things to have a good life. In most cases, our neighbors prove to be more helpful to us than our relatives sometimes. This is because they live close to us and render help and support to us on a daily bases. Thanks for reading
