Good day everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I am so excited to be a member of Steemit. My write-up today is about good leadership.

Firstly, leadership is defined as the ability of a person to influence and guide followers or other members of an organisation. A good leader create emotional bond with his followers.

Moreover, leadership can also be gifted by birth. At times, we are so caught up by the influence of others (mostly parents and teachers) because of how they want us to be or how they will react to our decisions that makes us forget our true self and begin to act in the manner they expected us to. If a person feels that he has it in him to be a good leader but he his doubtful about himself, then the following should help you gain your clarity. A leader must always be successful when ruling or guiding his followers.

  -Confidence
  -Creativity
  -Humility
  -Learn from failure
  -Decisiveness, etc.

THE QUALITY OF A GOOD LEADERSHIP
-A good leader must empathize : One of the chief qualities of a good leader is that he can empathize with the people around. So you posses leadership quality if you have it in you to understand the issues of those around and help them solve the same by using different ideas. If your ideas and approach prove to be effective more often then you are undoubtedly qualified as a good leader.

-Self-confidence: This is something that not everyone posses. If you are confident about yourself and are well aware I about the thin line that distinguish confidence from overconfident, then you have one of the main qualities of a leader.

-Approachable: So many leaders today, their followers feel inferior to approach them because of their character. A good leader is the people's person and can be easy to approach on any problem that disturbed individuals.

-A good leader must possess analytical and problems solving skills: This means we must have a good sense of wrong and right and do not jump to conclusion. In any given situation you try to look at the problems and caused by analysing the things thoroughly and then take a decision.

-A good leader have positive outlook: A leader stay optimistic in every situation. You are one of those who look at the bright side. Even in the problematic situations, you must believe in yourself and remind yourself that nothing is impossible if you have the determination to do it.

-A good leader possess good observation skills: A leader requires dealing with different kinds of people. He is required to guide people, help resolve their issues, take major decisions related to them and is always assurable for their actions in many cases. If you are good at observing people and situation with better understanding, you will be able to make a good leadership.

CONCLUSION
If you have these qualities mentioned above in you then what are you waiting for? Take up the role of a leader in the field of your choice to embark your journey of success. Also parents should not stop their children from possessing the character of leadership because they will surely rule the multitude and be great.
