Kick start of steem empowerment program training and update on the training by @eliany
Hello great steemians how are you doing today, I'm grateful to update you all on how the kick start of the training was yesterday Monday 6/6/2022, it was really successful. With regards to the engagement challenge contests and the recent server upgrade that is on I couldn't make the post on time since then, but I'm grateful I finally came up with it today. So far this is what happened on Monday and beyond.
The steem empowerment program is really I beautiful program that will be beneficial to lot of people, and if the turn up is as planned then we are open to help all this ones to learn and remain active on steemit. So we started the program on Monday as planned and then it turn up well. So as planned we the team members meet in the morning, we discussed how we will be running the training.
We are so much grateful to @patjewell on her nice suggestion and willingness to support. We put into consideration her suggestion and it went fluently.
So we decided to start with 25 students, and helped this once to stand out then start another set even the once we trained will also train other.
Always ready to help
After the meeting we went out to share flyers promoting steemit and also inviting people to the office for the training on how they can make quality post. The day went very fine and to my surprise it brings about a fruitful Tuesday. The turnover was good the second day, in fact as at the time of me writing this post we have another newbie writing introductory posts.
Ready and set to train Nigerian youth
Our mission is to help this one's understand steemit to a point of making post actively every day, we want them not only registered but remains active and be useful on the platform. Once they understand, they will also trained others to remain active.
So far we have newbies on board and they really understand the platform and want to do more.

The indifference we met among the many person's reached so far has been alarming but understandable. I believe once the once on board start sharing the gains woth their friends, the response would be a lot better. For now, we need to focus on the goal and motivate ourselves. Well done ✅
