Well, for a plant to grow and stand firm and have a strong root, there must be a rige to help and support the plant ☘️.
In this case RICHARD MENTORSHIP FOR ALL STEEMIANS was created by my boss who introduced me to steemit @richy20 I am so grateful for having someone like him, he gave me some guidance and instructions.
I joined this WhatsApp group through an invitation Link that was sent to me by my boss, so i joined this group last week and my invitation was accepted immediately.
I realized that there was other Steemians who were members of this great group.
Actually the essence of creating this group is to enhance and always give guidelines to all Steemians who are among this group.

Well, this group is meant for doses who want to achieve a lot and grow faster, according to my own point of view I can say that this group is not meant for dose who are not ready to learn, why? Because there are days for lessons and and moral behaviors are been thought as well.
Well the benefit of this group uncountable, every since I joined this group I have been seeing the impart of it in my life and in all ratification.
Sincerely, to crow ot all the whole benefits according to my own point of view is this platform Will help you to gain more knowledge and become more advanced.

As well to motivate you and never to go back because success comes through determination, when you see other Steemians doing exploit you will be as well be motivated to go more than that.
