Truth..
This saying "disease no dey kill African man (germs cannot kill a African)" has killed tons of Africans because it made them become less aware of their health and as such lead to a bad health in an unfavourable environment which ultimately lead to death. Not only Nigerians but the world at large needs to be fully aware of their health, and report any slight change in their health wether or not they have the money.. it's better to own the hospital and be alive than to die
