Hello and welcome to my blog, how are you guys doing and it has been a very long time, this is an awesome contest hosted by @simonnwigwe.

Which part of the steemit will you like to work on and why (in charge of curation, engagement challenge, booming support, or community curator)

This is really a nice question, but I will start by saying that all the parts of the steemit team is really amazing and they are worth working in, but the part that inspires me the most is the community curator. I just like viewing people's posts and giving complements to the great work they do in creating quality posts. Curating really makes me feel good and when our post is not curated, we feel and think that we should improve both in our post quality and grammar.

There are many posts in the steemit platform all day, and as a curator, it is our job to go through them and give the exact reward according to their club status, becoming a curator will not only help me to reward people, buy also it is a means for me to learn many other new things from people living all over the world, there are many categories of posts posted here in the steemit platform, so becoming a curator will enlighten me up.

I will finally have the opportunity to read and drop comments and reward in other people's posts, since it is a thing that pleases me, I will never look over the reward I get in return for working for the steemit team, rather I will find a place in my heart to say that the role of becoming a curator will help to booast everything about me, both academically and morally.

What other initiative will you come up with for the growth of the steemit platform if you were one of the steemit team members?

I can say that all the initiative introduced by the steemit team is really working and more effectively, this is to say that the steemit are really doing a great job to see that steemit is never a boring place and also they have been working hard to see that blogging us never a doll moment.

There is not really another intiative I am coming up qithz rather I would advice them to keep up with there good work, because they have been trying and they know what's best for each and everyone of us all, it will also be amazing if they give the upcoming steemians atleast a little chance to explore what it is like to work with the steemit team, atleast after every month, they choose one new member who have not worked with them to join the steemit team, and by so doing, they will gain more experience and also will never withdraw back from steemit, they will be encouraged that they have atleast once being recognized.

What criteria do you think should be taken into consideration when selecting someone to become one of the steemit team members?

First, the activeness and commitment of the user should be taken into consideration, the steemit team should be watchful before they should give a role to any user, they should first watch how active the person is and also how committed the person is in seeing that the work of steemit is really progressing.
Another thing that should taken into consideration is the person's good use of his assets.
