Precisely in my country, it is unbelievable of what is happening, it looks dramatical but it's real, the situation has gotten too deep in claiming life, frustrating every single citizen and denying us of our full given constitutional rights. I will differently state the current situation of the fuel pricing and naira redesign policy.

I can attest to you that the high fuel pricing prevailed the new currency was implemented strictly upon every citizen. At that initial period fuel station managements were complaining of scarcity of fuel that was why they decided to increase the price so as to cover up whatsoever loses they will stumble on.

The very last time I bought fuel before the current situation, I got it thereabout 250 nair per litre (2.3 Steem). But now it have speedily increased to 450 naira (4.6 Stem) which is heavily affecting majorly the poor masses who just have to manage their way of living.

Naira Redesign Policy

About this particular nightmare, we least expected it to be this serious as so many people got to deposit the old naira note and then struggled to get the new one. At first I thought it was a joke when I saw it on my news update, gradually it became something serious.

As am speaking to you right now, the currency is scarce and it's been sold among ourselves at a higher price. For instance #10,000 naira new note is been given to another person at the rate of #2000 naira charges. Then for the old one, you get #1000 naira charge for #10,000. The country indeed has turned frustrating and difficult to cope with.

Here, I will highlight some major effect of this issues in my area, below are some of them.

• It have made aggressive youths of the country to become violent enough to burn down some banks.

• It have kept everyone on hunger strike most for the poor masses who can neither afford their needs or little of it.

• Some citizens of the country have given up on voting for the rightful candidate of their choice due to the present situation they face.

• It present situation have claimed lives of people who couldn't afford a particular need at the moment.

• it have created room for chaos in the country thereby making everyone to have diverse thought about the current situation.

_{Do you think the country's present situation was politically motivated due to the upcoming elections or targeted at anyone?}

One could rarely believe this situation was targeted at someone. I believe the main reason this changes were made was because of the electoral Processes that will take place any moment from now. I don't really know the major reason why these situation was politically brought up during this period of election. Is it to frustrate citizens or what? I can't really tell.

Here are some possible ways I can share to sustain ourselves this period.

• Get our PVC ready to vote our favorite candidate
• Avoid engaging yourself in discussion that talks against a particular political party to avoid being traced.

Meanwhile, I have tried to survive the very best way I can by managing what I have got and abstaining from any illegal discussion and also try to support those around me with the help I can offer.
