Scheduling manages "when" the operation will be completed. It's purpose is to make the most of the time given for completing the operation. Organizations use different types of schedules to manage the time element which include, operation schedule, daily schedule etc.

Dispatching involves the release of Orders and their instructions. It strictly follows the routing and the scheduling directions. This procedures ensures all items are interested available for the emplyeees to do their jobs.

Loading involves the quantity of work loaded against machines or workers. The accumulated time to perform new work is thereby added to the work that is already scheduled for the workstation. If it happens to be that workstation had capacity available.
