What Is Really Your Thought About This Statement, Do You Agree With This Statement?

In my own understanding "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" actually means that you get to possess mental or emotional strength by experiences of an event that could have killed or claimed you, but didn't. It also implies that you get to clear off the suffering of going through it by learning on how to accept what it is.

This proverb was derived from "Friedrich Nietzsche's" a German philosopher who is a scientists at northwestern university's kellogg school of management established a causal relationship between failure and future success.

Am going to take my mom as an instance, this is the story she once told me which I have taken correction in it too.

MY MOM GOT SWINDLED BY SCAMMERS

It was early period of the ember months being September, she has gathered alot of money equally saving out some for Christmas spendings. Until one day she was called from Abuja to submit some documents for a promotion concerning to her work.

She's a civil servant and it happens to be that promotion to all workers was ongoing as well. But most of them were called to Umuahia (the capital of Abia State) to run their promotion. My mom was asked to send sum total of 20k =209 STEEM, without hesitation and due to the joy of being promoted, she transferred the money to the guy's account immediately.

I wouldn't call that being desperate, just that she needed it after years of expectance. After some hours, she calked to know how everything is going, she was told they are in the process and they would send her an email message showing the process and the completions.

Two days later, my mum called their line and it happened to be that the number wasn't going through and the deadline was that same day, anyway, she lost the promotion and had to remain in the same level till next promotion portal board was open. I think next time she will be very careful to avoid being scammed again because it was after 4 years later that she was called for another promotion.

WHAT ARE THE LESSONS FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE OR THAT OF SOMEONE YOU KNOW WHICH YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOUR AUDIENCE

image.png

There are lessons to learn from the story I just told you guys which includes;

  • Don't always be in a haste to do things, confirm first before you do that.
  • Don't always to forget to get rid of any scammers number or report at the station.
  • It really pays to have patience because lack of patience brings terrible results.
