WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND BY THE WORD QUIT? |
---|
The word "Quit"means to retire. It is an abnormal act a person pulls up when he or she is fade up on a particular project, race, Challenges etc. It could also mean to free one's self from anything harmful or oppressive.
Quitters never win and winners never quit, it is so like this because quitting and winning is all a matter of decision. A lot of people tend to quit out of fear because that fear of loosing has caught up with them. Is just like in a competition where 5 competitors struggles to attain the first position, along the way, three fell apart, remaining two struggling team. Participant A is in the fore front almost getting exhausted but kept running, participant B on seeing how far "A" has gone, got fed up and went resting.
HAVE YOU EVER BEING AT THE VERGE OF QUITING/GIVING UP BEFORE? WHAT WERE THE CHALLENGES? |
---|
I will use Steemit as my instance to this section of question. Right when I was still a newbie in Steemit, I barely understood what the platform was after 1week time. I had posted almost 20 times in a week just to make sure I get upvotes. I waited and continued posting until I was beginning to get upset about the platform. Seeing that others have big vote and mine at zero and that was because I wasn't posting exclusively but ordinarily.
my mood having faced those tough times |

I angrily asked my mother to tellt mentor to give me back my money. My mom scolded me and encouraged me at once not to quit that one day I will reach and pass my mentor. Her words calmed me down and I kept pushing and pushing until I got tpy level today.
HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THE CHALLENGES, (PRACTICAL STEPS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED) AND HOW DID YOU FEEL AFTERWARD. |
---|
When I realize I quitting isn't an option;
The smile I give when I'm not accepting quitting |
---|
I tried to seek advices from my mother and friends who cares about my progress.
I was able to overcome the challenge by creating self confidence in me which helped me conquer quietness.
I learnt to consistently post and do some of the activities embodied in Steemit. I also learnt to make my post very understandable and exclusive.
I felt very much relieved knowing the secret to continue my journey and not give up.
WHAT'S YOUR ADVICE FOR THOSE IN YOUR SHOES? |
---|
I know that right now as I speak, there are some of the newbies who are so confused and frustrated but I believe with this experience of mine, a lot of you will take a bold step to hitting the success jackpot. And so I advices every newbie of Steemit to keep being active and consistent which will help them grow way better. Interacting, voting and powering up should be among the duties that one should participate.
In Conclusion:
Success is at the top of our fingers, we have the right to detect if what we are doing is for food or bad. Quitting is very bad because you might get frustrated because you didn't actualize your initial purpose.
