INTRODUCTION
Here's a crucial topic which requires an immediate attention for aggression amongst youth has caused more harm, diaster, than good to our society today. I hereby welcome you all active members of this community to this wonderful contest edition. According to the tips Shared in the contest, I will be elaborating my opinion on each of the asked questions.

WHAT IS AGGRESSION?

Aggression could be termed as a behaviour that is actually intended or meant to harm another individual who literally does not wish to be harmed. It could also be an act of inflicting pain upon others.

We can say that people become aggressive when they tell or hit at each other. It also involves the perception of intent. All violent acts are tagged aggressive but the only act that are intended to cause high physical damage such as robbery, murder rape etc, are violent.

E.g—» Giving someone hard slap on the face might be seen as violent, but calling insultive names on people would only be aggressive.

IS IT MORE PREVALENT AMONG THE YOUTH IN YOUR AREA?

In the area where I reside, I can clearly tell that I have seen even more aggressive behaviour being displayed along the road, in church, field, schools, market etc. There's no where in my area where I haven't seen someone mostly a youth possessing that aggressive behaviour.

And from my findings it's mostly seen or displayed amongst the "Male". I have also gotten to see some youths involve in aggressive actions which led to fight, sometimes death due to the fierce anger in display.

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES?

There isn't one single specific cause of aggression, so here are some causes;

• Could mostly be caused by having abusive parents or guardians who bullied them.

• Growing up in an environment or community where violent and aggression is usually common.

• Cruel and unfair treatment from teachers and even classmates.

• Experiencing tension with peers and family members.

WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS?

The issue of aggression among youths tend to be normal so therefore here are some effects.
Ω Experienced abuse from both parents and caregivers or even siblings who normally bully.

Ω Growing up in an environment or community where violence and aggression happens frequently.

Ω Ever experienced cruel treatment from teachers and even classmates.

Ω Incurring tension with peers and family members.

Ω Experiencing physical and mental health conditions.

WHAT ARE THE SOLUTIONS

There are some solutions that can help subsidize the rise of aggression amongst youth which includes;
Plan out clear expectations.

• Be understanding.
• Avoid indulgence in fight.
• Avoid negative talk.
• Never assume or make judgments.
• Being encouraging.
• Avoid unneccessary power struggles.
• Manage problems.

CONCLUSION

It's advisable to keep away from such acts as it's becoming a raising issue in our society today. I believe strongly that the listed solutions can help put an end to reduce the effective rise of aggression.
