Let's show how creative you are :- Drawing - Owl

Hello wonderful steemians in this community. I hope you all are doing great. Today I'm writing this post to notify my entry in this contest organised and composed by @benton3. The goal of this contest is to draw an owl. So I'm going to show you the steps I took to complete this drawing.

Here are the materials I used in drawing as you can see above. The materials are:
1. A plain paper
2. A pencil
3. An eraser

So here are the steps which I went through to complete this drawing.

Step 1
Every always begins from the head so I didn't fail to start from there too. I drew it's hair then it's two ears. After that I drew it's eyes, nose and mouth. As you can see below 👇

Step 2
My next focus was on it's body after the head. So I did justice to that and this was the outcome 👇

Step 3
After drawing it's body, my next goal was it's wings. And so I drew it's wings of the owl this was the result 👇

Step 4
My finishing touch was it's feet. Of course no drawing is complete without it's feet and so I added it to my drawing and it became like this 👇

Facts about owls

Owls are nighttime birds that usually fly in the dark. The are called birds of prey because of the way it hunts other animals. An owl usually uses it's sharp talon to pierce their prey. The also have large eyes which aids in their nighttime vision . The are also known for their egg reproduction method. These are the peculiar characteristics of an owl let's go to how it benefits man .

Benefits to humans

Here are a list of benefits that an owl provides to humans

1. Owls help to control small human populations the doctor this by consuming rodents which helps to reduce loss of crops to humans. This also helps them to be phenomenal in pest control. This can be of use in the agricultural sector.

2. Owls can serve as a source of food to humans especially the barn owls and their meat are usually delicious.

3. Owls also controls the spread of zoonotic diseases which may be spread by rodents.

4. Owls also helps in the maintenance of the food chain with the way they control pests.

In conclusion
