Let's show how creative you are :-drawing- cat.
Good day to all steemians in the @steem4nigeria community. Today I am participating in a contest in which the goal of this contest is to draw a beautiful cat. I am going to show you the steps I took to draw the cat. Before I begin I would like to invite @fortwise, @goodybest and @Awesononso.
I would also like to show my gratitude to @benton3 for organising such contest.
To begin
I would like to introduce tools I used in drawing this cat.
1. A sheet of paper
2. A pencil
3. An eraser
Step 1
I began drawing by taking the sheet of paper and then my pencil and I began to draw it's head.I only drew it's ear because it's ear was connected to it's head. The cat's ear will have to be a little long above it's head and this was the result.
Step 2
After drawing it's head and ear. I drew it's eyes, nose and mouth. Then I decided to draw it's body. The cat looked cute already. This was the outcome.
Step 3
After that, I drew it's front legs and also it's feet. I also made a little sketch concerning the hind legs. This was the result.
Step 4
Then I drew it's hind legs. As I drew I made sure that the didn't have close contact with the front legs. This is the outcome.
Step 5
Finally I drew it's tail . I also shaded some parts of the cat. This was the overall result of the cat .
Facts about cats
Cats are domesticated animals that may be used as pets in some households. Cats may vary in size, colour and in hair structure according to their species. They usually communicate with each other using their vocals for example meowing. The may also use their ears to detect sounds. Cats usually enjoy eating fishes and other protein- based foods.
In conclusion
I want to use this opportunity once more to thank @benton3 for organising contests like this. I also want to express my sincere gratitude for you all who have read and upvoted my post. I hope you all have learnt something today. Have a wonderful day.
Thank you for sharing your creative process of drawing the cat. It's impressive to see the steps you took to bring the cat to life on paper. Keep up the great work!
