The school system no matter how it is looked at is one place where lives are reformed and knowledge earned basically. We were all taught in this place and can not dispute the fact that it has played a major role in our lives both in the interim and future.

Are you of the opinion that school can teach you everything or do you have a contrary opinion?

School is a system that helps to contribute and impact humans on the basic things of life. It is a learning center that helps equip us on the larger problems of the world. Since the school is a learning center, what it does is help provide solutions to the needs of that time.

The world is an evolving place and most countries are expected to keep updating and upgrading their curriculum but unfortunately many are seen to be backward in catching up with the current realities.

I observed that many expect too much from the school system and in their expectation they want the school to provide every single solution to their problems without them making extra efforts to put up alternative ways to solve these problems.

The school would relatively equip you to learn everything you need to know about each endeavor. Let us remember that the school setting isn't necessarily a formal place but an informal setting.

What was that situation you found yourself in that your years of learning in school could not fix?

There was nothing of such experience within such time I graduated except for the bad or poor course placement we found ourselves. So many of our school courses are almost outdated and out of use in the labor market.

What we studied in school is mostly not applicable in recent times and hence makes us look trapped in our intelligence. In an economy that is not expanding and developing in all fonts, it relegates some useful courses to the background and makes the graduates a shadow of themselves.

Also, this makes job searching a little difficult due to limited vaccines or stiff competition characterized by the ill process that surfaces.

How did you end up fixing the issue?

I could not continue to fold my hands but quickly started a skill for myself to support my already acquired education. The school in most cases would not skillfully empower you and this was a way I got fixed myself.

Let's look at the fact the skill of writing and blogging was enhanced here on the platform. Can an illustrated blog in steemit? The answer is no. Education or School gives us the general platform to grow.

In your opinion, how should learning in school be viewed and handled?

Learning in school should go with a lot of practicals. We do not need to be doing more theory but rather a blend of both or more of the practical as the case may be.

The school should be able to create a skill acquisition unit that allows an individual to acquire any of their choices. This would make them more employable and self-dependent in the labor market.

School curricula should be tailored in such a way that they can meet the present demands of human realities. It should keep undergoing updates from time to time.
