SEC15 WK3 : Growing up in a Rural or Urban Area
It is always great to be here and to participate in this wonderful contest.
Each an everyone of us has what to say about where we grew up,as we are also usually taught that environment matters in the growth of every individual whether in Rural area or Urban area.
Here are my highlights below:-
differenciate between urban and rural areas, stating three major features? |

Urban areas are town or cities with lots of high buildings,factories and a larger number of individual habitats who dwells there to earn a better life
its features are:-
- Good road network
- Good infrastructures
- High rates of employments .
While Rural area is the opposite of Urban,it is a town with little buildings and little advantage of earning a better life
its features are:-
- Poor infrastructures
- Poor road network
- Poor health facilities.
which area did you grow up and why? |

I grew up in the Urban area ,which is where i was also born since my father was a business man whose business was booming every now and then,So there wasn't any need to be apart from his family as he wanted to give us a better life .
If you were told to go to the area you didn't grow up from,will you? |

If i was told to go to the rural area to base permanent I won't agree to it because of course who doesn't like something better,a better life ,to be in a place with stable and sound infrastructures,access to recent innovative technology facilities which of course aren't much available at the rural areas .
what things are there in the area you grew up from that aren't in the other? |

i grew up at Onitsha in Anambra state,the Eastern part of Nigeria and there are so many things there that aren't in other which i will mention a few
- The popular Main market ,which is addresed as the biggest market in west Africa
- The popular play ground known as Rojenny
- Stable power supply
- Good hospital facilities etc
- Conclusion
it is not that the rural area isn't a good place to live but due to the innovation and evolution of technology,it has made the world a global village which in turn has made life easier and certainly most Rural areas hasn't gotten the robust circumstances that could eleviate and bring in this evolution into it.
We should always experience different things in life and I am saying it because I think if you are living in urban area suppose and you are habitual of it then in your life you should always try to live in rural area when you feel free and easy from the busy schedule of your life and I am not saying that you permanent period but you can take it as an adventure and experience that would you become successful in experience another area to live or you cannot find any comfort in any other area except area in which you grown up.

Es importantre sentirse agusto en el luhar donde se vive. Quizas es una de las principales metas en la vida d cada quien.
Tu preferencia por la ciudad la considero lógica. Creo que eres una persona joven, y como tal, prefieres la vida mas actualizada en modernidad y mas ajetreada.
En el área rural, por lo general, sucede lo contrario. La vida tiende a no ir a la par en los avances modernos y el ritmo de vida en mas tranquilo.
